Stay somewhere else. This is a party hotel, guests are up all night and it smells like weed and very noisy all night till 6am.

Rated too high! Came here for a weekend. Parking too expensive and not enough spots for customers. The hospitality person never told me that I have to pay for parking so 2 months later I received a bill for $90.00 for only one night in parking. That’s a rip off. I am in process of disputing the parking bill. I would never stay in any best western hotels anymore

The room was clean, but I found a track of eyelashes in the shower. The food was great. The front desk staff were kind and understanding.

If you need a place to lay your head, a good pool for the kids, a restaurant onsite and within walking distance to everything - this is it. The price tag sold me on this hotel. It is more affordable than most with affordable parking. There is nothing fancy about this hotel. It’s old and awkward with small rooms. No breakfast but can get at restaurant. The staff is great. We barely spent any time in the room as we ventured Chicago with kids. For what we needed, it was perfect. I am not picky and do not need luxury.

We spent a long weekend in Chicago and this hotel was in a great location which allowed us to skip renting a car and walk to nearby attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Stay does not include breakfast.
